Can you get into this trap door?

Hi I'm wondering if anyone figured out how to climb down this ladder or get in the lower floor any other way. There seems to be barrier block blocking you from just getting to it.

Hey, I think it's on purpose that we can't go down there. Also, if this lobby is at least somewhat similar to other lobbies, then there is nothing really there. Story responded to this once, you should check out this thread and his responses.

I found out where it is. It in the abonded building which you can get into by parkouring on the tress unfortunately their is nothing in the trap door
