Can i do report for campers?

No, camping is not against the rules UNLESS it was exploiting a map glitch. If they were exploiting a glitch, you can post it in the Bug Reports/Support section, where staff will hopefully fix it if it's a valid glitch.

(However, do NOT report the players in the Bug Reports/Support section, ONLY the glitch.)

That's a good question; which server are you actually in? Kitpvp spawn camping is against the rules, but other than that, camping is A-OK!

Our current rule for camping is:

29- Don't purposefully spawn camp on kit PvP/Skyblock. e.g. camping at top of snowman on Kit PvP 1 knocking players off. (It is up to the staff's discretion on how this will be enforced.)
