What makes you still play CubeCraft?

I do not just want to hear that it is enjoyable. I want to know your reason. What makes you want to keep playing?

For some of you it might be because of your friends. For others it could be the thrill of competing, getting better at the game or just killing time. Maybe for some of you it is something you have gotten used to doing.

I suppose because yes, it is enjoyable. I've been playing mostly solo skywars lately and it never loses it's spark. Also nostalgia, maybe. Putting on that one playlist on spotify while playing on cube. I also do play with friends every once in a while. That's always fun

I still play cubecraft because it’s a fun server. I also play it because I enjoy a lot of the games, especially pillars, lucky blocks, and minerware. I also like when new updates come out and interacting with people both in game and on the forums.

I suppose to keep trying to get better and to keep playing Minecraft and to make content for YT channel

The truth is, I'm still playing to become a Helper. I'm trying because I'd like to help others and address the widespread problem with hackers and autoclickers. On the other hand, it's also about reaching VIP level 30, the maximum, or playing a lot of Skywars Duos—in short, being top. Obviously, it's very difficult and slow, but it's possible. With time, I'll eventually reach the necessary wins.

Be honest. What is the real reason you still play CubeCraft?

2 reasons. Trapping and pillars of fortune. I mostly trap in blockwars and never ever skywars because skywars ends to fast and its less fun because I love seeing people fall in the same hole in the most obvious spot in capture the flag. Pillars of fortune is super fun because I love the idea and aspect of you getting random items and battling with it.

ive been asking myself that question a few times... however i never came up with a definite answer, im guessing its something that unconsciously makes me not lose hope for cubecraft becoming great for once. especially in the skyblock community ive seen nothing but dissappointment and outrageous decisions by staff about it. it never got a content update since release, which mind you had been a whopping 5 years ago, and they keep on abandoning the skyblock playerbase of cc (over 10% of ccs total playercount at any given time btw) by not fixing the issues that occur on their side and instead telling us players to fix their shit by rethinking our way to play (which is for certain topics quite frankly impossible and physically undoable) because its easier for them than to write 5-10 lines of code and test those for stability. the "new" sb update that apparently had been moved into testing stage made my hope spark up just a bit, however for one issue in particular i have been trying to get into contact with rubik (dev for skyblock) unsuccessfully, for the reason mentioned above, staff not giving a fu about the skyblock community, not even knowing their own gamemode telling us to find a workaround for something that broke because of them and is impossible to work around at a comparable quality. Tbh I haven’t played in a while, I used to spend so many hours playing when we still had 1.8 and after that all my friends stopped playing and I stopped too. Now that I’m older I’m coming back because of the nostalgia, cube being the first server I ever played and playing it since 2013. I just love it. The spark is just there.
