Implemented Battle Zone border timer

Hey, I have a suggestion for the new game Battle Zone.

In the game, there is a border which is shrinking in a certain amount of time, but we can't see when the border is shrinking exactly yet. So my suggestion is to add a timer to the scoreboard at the right which tells us when the border is shrinking and when the border stops shrinking.

Yup, this would pretty useful. Then you can go to the zone in the last few seconds instead of get killed by the border.
