Hi,i think that the main reason why there are so many hackers in this server is because people have more than 1 account.if an account gets banned they just enter with a different account and hack again.and even if they don't have another account,if its important enough to them to play on the server, they just pay for another minecraft account.
Please consider to start giving IP bans.
everyone HATES hackers and a lot of ppl don't want to play on this server because of this "hackers problem" and the ppl who do play on the server, suffer a lot from them.

We're aware of the issue and have measures to discover alternate accounts of banned players. They usually don't last long.
