Banned for Payment Error? Code 1015

    I'm very confused as to why I was banned. I made an appeal, emailed sales@cubecraft.net, and tried calling the support number but still no response after 12 hours. I'm extremely upset as I bought the iron rank to help the server, not to get my money taken and banned.

    Nope still banned, It's almost been 2 days and still no reply to my email or appeal.

    You might not be the only one that is having this issue.
    You have to wait patiently for an answer and they will get to you at the end.

    How often do the owners just the sales email/appeals? and is there anyway you can notify them assuming you have some sort of staff chat?
