Oh, I thought it was possible because once my friend send his private Youtube video link to me and it was possible to watch it.. o.O

If you make the video private YOU are the only one who can see the Video so thats no option.

Honestly once I upload a hacker report I just ignore the video for all eternity :P Usually my reports dont get looked at that much so the players dont get banned to get mad at me :(

Correct, I make all my report videos private unlisted and I still have people responding to them. But since nobody except us can read the comments, it's not really a problem.
Sometimes they are actually quite funny, like this guy who "was pooping and got banned by his friend".

Edit: I just realised that people suggested making the video private. That won't work, because the mods cannot view private videos. You can make it unlisted so only people who get sent the link can watch it.
