Don't repeat and farm messages.
Here's an answer to that.

Thanks KronosReeper.
@The12thDoctor How is it even OP..
Why does it provoke targeting?
W-hat..
Please read the thread carefully, thanks.

He told me it was quoted so I posted it so everyone saw.
And I read the thread!
Why don't you read carefully what I said!

No that's op to know armor status like that
Prevokes targeting

Minecraft is supposed to be unexpected and makes you prepaired.
This is just some loophole

This would suck, imagine your fighting a full diamond guy and his helmet breaks, normally you might get a few hits with in maybe 10, but then the dude is notified so you only get 1 hit in. -1

ArmorStatusHUD, LabyMod and 5zig can display your armor durability and are on the list of allowed mods.
I agree that knowing when your armor is about to break without opening your inventory is an advantage, but some people have that already.
Also it wouldn't lead to targetting, as KronosReeper said it's only shown to the player.

@RayzMC why are you suggesting it then?

It doesnt break fast the leather
Well, it truly does. Your chest plate breaks after 81 hits which don't take long at all.
For the thread, yes, I'd love to see this feature just because it's handy for everyone.
Individually don't really need it, but yes, +1.

I mean you can just look at the armor bar, when it goes down something broke. Knowing your armor is also part of being aware, I think a player who cares about their armor should have a little advantage over a player who doesn't.

When you are intense battle, you wouldn't open up your inventory and realise you have no more armour left.
That's why i suggested this feature.
It's also up to the player to care for their armour or not, so there isn't a real "advantage" as everyone player is allowed to care for their armour.

I was talking about the armor bar above your hotbar. And if you don't carry extra armor this won't help you anyway ...

No, then battles in OP will last even longer than they are now and they're long enough now.
