Basically, this is a story of something that just happened to me in Eggwars. I found it to be pretty funny and wanna share it with you guys.
I was playing Eggwars TO4, and my team wasn't great. They sorta spent 99% of the game on the diamond generator. Our egg was rushed at the start of the game, but the 2 remaining teams (us and Red) were playing kinda defensively. Red still had their egg.
So, I went to break Red's egg, and managed to. It was an intense fight after that, and I was low health and failing the fight, but then something weird happened.
Another teammate came and decided to use TNT to ward off the enemies. One of them actually died because of this, but the other two were not going to be killed that easily. Whilst they only had chainmail armour, they both had diamond swords and were pretty good fighters, way better than me. They were now going for that teammate, who only had leather armour, which gave me time to think of a plan.
I, being my regular overly-defensive self, had about 20 blocks of Obsidian in my inventory. I had no idea when I bought it, but I suspect it must have been near the start of the game when I was trying to defend the egg. I built a small little box with it.
After finishing off my teammate, they were back to me. I was in the obsidian box and they went in it. I used the remaining obsidian to pillar out. They, having no pickaxe, were stuck in the box.
I then proceeded to destroy them.
I didn't realise that another member of their team was left. I saw, in the centre, the player trying to pillar up and hide. I did not have any arrows, but I bought an ender pearl (even though I could have just bought arrows) and pearled directly to him.
I then proceeded to destroy him.
