Appealing problem.

Hi! I`ve been banned from the server for using an offensive skin. I was told to change it, and then appeal. The problem is that when I try to appeal it says this: "Error! "VagineitorPlus" has never joined the server, please make sure you are entering your username and not your appeal code."
I`ve been playing for a long time in the server and I`d really like to keep playing, can someone help me?
