Java Add /ping to /help

This suggestion was made by @Borgnath

A lot of people in his thread misinterpreted his suggestion so here goes:

The suggestion is to add the /ping command (WHICH ALREADY EXISTS)
to the list that appears with the /help command.

NOT to add a /ping command as many people thought.

Please credit @Borgnath for this suggestion. I don't take any credit. I
just cleared up the confusion around his thread.
(I also replied to Borgnath's original thread explaining this but since no one bothered to read
them, I figured I'd create a thread)

They probably didn't bother to read the reply I left. A thread on the other hand is much more noticable.
