Web Add "Congratulations" reaction to forums

Hello there! Welcome to another of my suggestions. Today I will be suggesting a new reaction to be added, Congratulations! This would be a little bit like the Hype reaction in news, but slightly different and only in the Lobby sub-forum. As of now, the closest we have to this is the Love Reaction. This would make it better. I feel it would be perfect for goals and achievements, and, as it literally states in the lobby sub-forum, that is the place to post those things. Personally, I feel like the emojis that are currently supported on the forums is all we need. Regarding goals and achievements I feel like the Like, Heart, and Heart eyes emoji does the job well enough.

As for other things, I wouldn't really see how a congratulations emoji would be used.
