    Personally,i think the people of the staff should lose some of your tome to respond to the players in the chat not it?Why whenever i have a problem they do notre answer me in the chat.

    If they don't answer in chat make a conversation with them on the forum so here.

    We get lots of messages/private messages when we are in a lobby. We try to answer a lot of them but most players spam us with "Accept my friend request please" or "Help me". We can't answer them all because of the spam.

    If you want to ask something important, please start a conversation with a Staff member and we will answer it ASAP! :D

    Staff tries to respond on everyone. Unfortunately the spam can be really bad sometimes.

    If you ever need me because you have an urgent question, feel free to spam the question a bit in /msg or start a private conversation.

    As stated above, staff are spammed badly by friend requests, /tell commands, and ban this player plzzzz. If you need help, start a private conversation with any of the staff members on the forums.

    I think this depends on what you want to ask staff. I normally ignore players asking me to be friends, that probably sounds really harsh but I can't friend everyone... :/ If a player asks me via /tell to ban someone it's hard to reply 'cus you I can't send the report link via /tell, same goes for how to get staff. If they ask it in the public chat there's normally a friend of mine or someone else in the same lobby who's helping out :)

    Can you by the way give an example of your problem? Like what question did you have which didn't get a response?

    Yes my problem was I could not que ENTER there skywars 1.8 and was wondering if this was normal JUST THAT .

    All staff try to respond to the community, but as said above some staff get A LOT of messages. Start a conversation with them on forums if you do not get a response.

    Varies? On other servers I attempted to contact staff, but much to my dismay, no reply. I've even asked them to spectate a hacker.

    It depends who you message and what time. If the staff member is really busy, chances are the response will be short. If the staff member isn't busy, chances are the response would be fast.

    The staff is really busy right now as they are getting a bunch of staff applications, reports of hackers and bugs etc. Please bare with them, they are doing their best!
    Also, if you are unable to get a response from them, create a conversation as @Orangeric88 said, with them on the forums or you can create a conversation with me/meet me in lobby 1 egg wars, I am more than happy to help!
