A question about promotion.

Is promotion of a video I made on this server entirely allowed? It isn't stated in the rules that it isn't but one rule that is about promoting throws me off a little. The video I made is entirely on the server, and I want to post it to attract more attention to the video and my channel.

Promoting your channel and video's you've made on the network is allowed, as long as you don't spam it. You're allowed to promote your channel once every 10 minutes in-game. On the forums you're allowed to create threads in the creations subforum with video's you've made on the network!
