Your client should still see the cooldown bar because its a built in GUI for 1.9. Cubecraft has partly removed the cooldown, so your client still thinks that there's cooldown but the server isn't allowing it.

It's 1.9 just without the cooldown and op axes :/. I'd suggest making forums thread asking for a complete 1.8 pvp, not just 1.9 without cooldown

That you see the cooldown is normal. They made the it that you bearly see it when your weapon is loaded.

It's 1.9 and 1.8 ._. You get to play 1.9 without any problems. 1.8 users want to play proper 1.8, not 1.9 without a cooldown. Everyone is therefore happy when this is achieved :P
