It's not really a useless post. Cheetah is giving the correct information. If you follow the rules, you won't get muted and therefore you'll be able to report players.

Jeff... You didnt make sense there. You said "only be used by muted players" then you said "he would receive a punishment which it may be a mute for 1 day" But they're already muted? I get what you guys mean but either way this will just be abused that's why it wont happen just like the /report command
Well, then if the muted player who warns someone else without any reason won't be able to use that command anymore or his punishment (in case it is not permanent) will be longer.
/warn command for muted players.

O sorry, I didn't know I broke the rules because it totally doesn't say I am muted and I totally didn't appeal and I totally didn't contact the mod in private.

Let me explain: iCheetah said I had to follow the rules, and I knew that and their is a little story behind my mute but it doesn't matter. So I think he made a useless post, just to get messages and likes because that is his easiest way to get helper ;D.

Thise could be abused in alot of ways and i dont agree with it...
I dont know how long your mute has been going for but all i can tell you is try to contact the mod that muted you and tell him "the story"...

My vote: Yes, I agree with your idea.
My addition: This command can only be used by muted players (why not saying it again?) and just twice to a player.
If a player abuses this command toward someone else, the person "warned" without reason can report the other player and he would receive a punishment which it may be a mute for 1 day.

In my opinion, we should not give players the ability to "talk" when they got muted for breaking the rules several times. It's not our fault for you not being able to warn players, it's your fault. Getting warned several times turns into a mute. Therefore those players who are perm muted shouldn't be able to.
I know but If you could just take a moment and try to actually be social not so aggressive you could see i said "but all i can tell you is try to contact the mod that muted you" (All i can tell you) I already told you my opinion about the /warn command.

The command makes people OP. Some people (you never know) might mi-use this opportunity.
