Grant players that are in a fight with multiple people damaging them at the same time a 20% damage reduction so that 2v1s, 3v1s, 4v1s etc dont end up staying unwinnable

Exactly this. Ppl play squads, end up in 2 3 or 4 v 1 and then cry because the other team actually want to win.
