Hi, is you sure that somebody sending messages in global chat? If yes this article can help you: https://help.cubecraft.net/en/article/why-cant-people-see-my-messages-1allzzq/. If not helped I recommend you to create ticket in #team-help channel of Cubecraft Discord or just answer and I'll try to help by myself.
