Accept the reports who have sufficient evidence. Even though that the player has already been punished, if someone reported it, then you should accept it. Someone put away their time to help the server, and you simply deny a report because the player was already punished? Not fair.

I think distinguishing between denied and closed reports would be pretty much no additional work for moderators and very helpful for us. Automatically closed reports will always be closed, and moderators will just have 2 buttons on the report page to either close or deny the report.

There's no need to look at the evidence if they player has already been punished. There should just be a different state for reports that are closed as duplicates to avoid confusion. It should either say denied or closed. Also maybe the total number of accepted reports should be removed.
What are we meant to do with the report if the player is already punished for your reported reason? There’s literally nothing else we can do.
I agree if there is a separate “already punished” tag, so it’s not accepted, but also not denied.

They should just changed them all to "Open" for reports that are still opened, and "Handled" for reports that are done, so people stop complaining about the colour of a word that only they can see.
I hate it when it got denied because the player has already been punished.. Just accept the damn report, so it won't ruin my reports..

No, please. I want to see if my report was denied. I don't like having my report denied for insufficient evidence because that means either I or the moderator made a mistake. I'll have to find out which one it was and possibly get it corrected.

You can click on it and check what the mod said. Whether it says "Closed" or "Denied", you still would have to do the same thing.
No, If it says handled or closed I wouldn't have to click it. Only for the few reports that get denied.
I disagree. I do get this a lot, but at least you double checked and the staff have more evidence if the player claims they were not hacking. If your report gets closed, then you are still helping in a few ways. Although it would be nice to have a lot of handled reports, but if they are closed because the player has been punished already, then it doesnt really effect anything. If it is because it has insufficient evidence, then it might effect you a LITTLE.
