More 1.8 pvp gamemodes [Added poll]

Here are the arguments for 1.9

Its not spam clicking there for its "smarter": Explain how hitting your opponent every 2 seconds is "Smarter" then rapidly hitting you opponent while racking up combos and chain hits. I have played against someone in 1.9 and let me say combos dont exist unless your opponent is trash.

Aim is more rewarding: I get where this is coming from but in 1.8 missing one hit can break a combo and a straight line. Aim is basically all 1.9 is tbh.

Cubecraft is an server who just play on the new updates and have some games in 1.8 and u can Always play games in 1.8 version.

No, i don't think so, as many said before, cubecraft is a server which focus on newer updates, so, it's irrelevant to add more 1.8 features except for the popular games like skywars or eggwars.

I think the server should stay like that and keep progressing on the new stuff.

And also, speaking seriously, like 1.7 did (combat and players thing), 1.8 will die soon or later, so, there is no point of keep arguing the same thing. Believe what i say, when 1.9 combat format begun, i hated it so much, for me it destroyed the whole minecraft pvp system and fun, but later, i get used to it and ended liking it just in a matter in months. I recommend you to calm down, accept it and be happy.

1.8 isn't better than 1.9 the same way 1.9 isn't better than 1.8. They are two different styles of pvp and there are people who like both styles. Players just enjoy what they enjoy, you can't tell someone they are wrong for enjoying something.

Personally I prefer 1.8 pvp and I'd love to see it back in different gamemodes, mainly SG and PVP. I've said before in different threads that I think 1.8 Cubecraft has a lot of potential, at the moment a whole chunk of the minecraft community can't play on this server because they just don't enjoy the pvp mechanics. I mean there is eggwars and Skywars, but 2 similar games in my opinion isn't going to keep people coming back to the server. Obviously 1.9 is going to be bigger because there are a lot more games on the 1.9 network but for 2 games, 1.8 is doing really well in my opinion.

This is just my opinion and I know everyone has their own but I just think in order to grow the network it needs to be expanded throughout the whole minecraft community, not just for 1.9 players.

Now as for this thread, please can the drama get toned down and bring the focus back to the main topic and question of the thread, do you want to see more 1.8 game or don't you?

Almost Everyone in the pvp community still plays 1.8 or 1.7 lol. If this thread gets locked without a dev reply ill contact the owner.
