Yes they exist you can read this article: https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/reach-hacks-do-exist.84244/ and the default reach is 3 blocks, but dont hack since that can cause you to get banned and that isn't good hope it help :)

You forgot something. W tapping looks like you have more reach as well. :P
