I know a lot about the server. I don't know why I wouldn't know this... I play cubecraft a lot and I know this is not possible.

You need to be patient. It can sometimes take a while before you get a respond. And I meant this is not possible to do it yourself.
I've responded to your message. We don't reset stats for the reason you've requested.
