  • We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

Cubecraft has ZERO incentive to level up.

People have made many posts over the years requesting some form of general cosmetic or reward for reaching certain level milestones. Devs don’t seem to want to do that because they can make money off of those cosmetics.

Well with the implementation of armor trims, Minecraft itself has introduced the perfect way to add rewards that don’t need to be created by some smelly nerd in CCs basement. It would require MINIMAL EFFORT on devs to integrate and it would form as a secondary goal to work for that doesn’t require spending money. Just time.

To keep it simple maybe every 10 levels you unlock a new trim(coast/dunes/silence) and maybe every 30 levels increase the tier(copper/iron/lapis/diamond)
These numbers don’t need to be exact it’s just a concept.

I actually agree with the main idea 👍

Leveling up right now doesn’t really feel rewarding, so having something like armor trims would give players a reason to keep grinding. It’s a nice balance too since it’s cosmetic and doesn’t affect gameplay.

The tier system every few levels sounds cool as well, it gives long-term progression instead of just leveling for nothing.

Only thing I’d say is maybe keep it balanced so it still feels special to unlock, but overall this is a solid idea 👀

I think this is a great idea, on java they also have a simular thing with the voting(i dont know about bedrock) so would love to see it for levels aswel!

Sounds good! Also making it so that you can change the armor trims between what you have already gotten and disabling it completely would be good too in case someone liked some low level armor trims more than their current ones, or if they don't want to have trims at all.

That’s implied. It would be fully customizable for boots, leggings, chest plate and helmet. You can choose the trim and materials for each one depending on what you have unlocked.
