You are muted for because you swore towards a specific person > Targeted chat offence. That ''Timmieboy07'' isn't muted because you didn't report him/her (which you can do here > https://reports.cubecraft.net/) and you didn't warn him for inappropriate language. If I am right, he'll get a manual warning for inappropriate language if you report him/her.
