You clearly didn't know that this was possible in HARDCORE health but it was and was taken away recently.

if you are talking about it after the update it still wasn't part of the cannibal kit and they had changed it too give insane saturation

Yes it was, in Hardcore health, you were able to eat the bodies and get 2 1/2 hearts of health back. Now please stop saying it wasn't a thing because it was and many players know it was.
