I was thinking that maybe the most active people, or people with the best FORUM stats gets rewards. it could be monthly and yearly. Though i don't have good ideas what the rewards should be.

Don't really see a need. Also, multiple votes are allowed in your poll, so I would make sure when making threads that only one response is allowed so that pleaders cannot vote yes and no.
