Yeah but this is for the spam. if they remove it a lot of people will spam the forums . Maybe 30sec instead of a full minute that's probebly a good idea.

I totally agree, sometimes someone puts something on my profile and at the same time someone makes a thread. I reply to the thread and after the thread I want to reply to message but you can't because you have to wait one minute. Ofcourse I understand that this is against spammers but don't you think a full minute is too much. So I think 30-45 seconds should be better.

Forum members that can be trusted with no cooldown should have it.

Maybe staff members could have no cool down, members with 500+ messages have 30 seconds cool down and "normal" members have the full 60

OR Profile Posts do not have a cooldown at all since they already don't count as a normal post ;), all staff members should have a little - 0 s cooldown, members which are active get 30 seconds, extremely active members maybe 20 seconds
it does get annoying where you just say "BUMP @... @..." and that counts as an entire post thus waiting a whole minute
