What does /report claim do?

Right now (w/o being Bungee-Compatible), remove the report and Teleports to the player (the reported)

It is kind of good. Won't it be abused? Even if it results in a ban, still, Hackers hack and results in a ban longer than this. It is advanced, but they are working on an anti-cheat. Maybe merge it with the anti-cheat so when you report, the anti-cheat detects if he hacks or not?

@samitannir this doesn't ban or kick the player, just stores it. If a staff member "claims" the report, he/she will be teleported to the player. If that player is alredy reported, it will be impossible to repot him again.
