trouble accessing server

HI,
I have tried accessing the play.cubecraft.net server but keep getting the message "Can't connect to server". I have checked the version 1.9 is correct. I have played on other servers without having this issue. Help - what do I need to do to gain access?

What is the IP you are using?
If your current IP doesn't work, try the alternate ones:
play.cubelag.net
hub.thechunk.net

Still not working?
Delete you minecraft .jar file and reinstall Minecraft.

Tried as suggested. Still getting the same message

• Restart mc,
• join another server,
• join cubecraft

I would defnitely just reinstall Minecraft like BuildBuild25 said, this happens to be sometimes so I have to reinstall it.

Have now updated java, restarted the computer and mc. Next is reinstalling mc....

If u reinstal mc, Delete the .Jar .minecraft map

I have now tried another computer, just to check whether it could be a firewall on my mums work computer. It was. Can now access the servers. Thanks for all your help.
