The only thing using my net is 12.5%

only cubecraft and thehive at the same time.all the other servers are working perfectly fine with 80 ms

:D i didnt expect the ip to work but its 750 ms for me :(,other servers are showing as 80 ms

You live a "little bit near" (<--- sarcasm. ------> real feedback), but,mother servers are located in US, and you play fine with them, true?

Can you record a video? Use Fraps or something like that.

Make sure you are playing on a 1.9 / 1.10 client, with a working premium account. What @hgbf said could also be the issue.

Does OptiFine (or at leas OF v1.10) reduce ping? With OptiFine, I got 2 bars on a certain server, but without, I got all 5.

I got the best idea ever

1. Take your computer and throw it out of the window
2. Take your router and smash it
3. Get a new computer
4. Get a new internet provider or router
5. If it still doesn't works than just jump of a cliff
