Why not change all cubecraft again? 1.9 at 1.8

Really cubecraft are transformed in the server dead of minecraft, maybe if change cubecraft at 1.8 are come back the people at the server, because this server are dead, and this is for the update at 1.9

Cubecraft has developed itself too far into 1.9 to go back. And the server would have needed to update one day. 1.10 previews are being released. 1.8 is old now.

Cubecraft isn't fully 1.8 compatible anymore. However they made some 1.8 gamemodes for popular games.

1.9 brings a lot of new features that you don't want to miss. Such as shields, new combat, new blocks and a lot more :)

I personally like cube craft more as 1.9, and the statistics say that CubeCraft is more popular than it was in 1.8

I will highly disagree with that. With different compatibilities, especially with major ones like 1.8 + 1.9, you will pretty much need to code everything so it works for 1.8, and not 1.9, otherwise people win 1.8 will not see the same things as people in 1.9, therefore giving a great disadvantage. Furthermore, little features like the pushing function in 1.9 only applies for people in 1.9, and not 1.9. Picture this: two people are doing lobby parkour, one in 1.8 and one in 1.9. They both jump to the same block. The player in 1.9 will get pushed off, whereas nothing happens with the play in 1.8. If you add up all of the differences and disadvantages from both version, having cross-compatibility will be unreliable, for both the future and the present.

As said above we have already moved to 1.9 and the odds of us going back are 0 to none. We do have 1.8 gamemodes in the games of Eggwars, Skywars, and PvP so fill free to check them out ;)
