Anti-Cheat+ on KitPvP

I encounter about 2 cheaters every time I play on KitPvP. The strange thing is, I think Anti-Cheat does not exist there, even though that where it really should.

I PLAYED Kit PVP on cubecraft. But it's just impossible to play it due to the lag and the hackers.
I was really looking forward to the coming back of Kit PVP. But unfortunately it's impossible to play.
