It was removed a long time ago due to not being popular.

That one was pretty popular for a while but when downhill :/

The massacres that went down at the beginning of this map were fantastic; you could literally get about 30 points in a few seconds just from people dying. I don't think popularity was its reason for removal, but rather the lag that increased at an insane rate as you joined the game. The reason it was named "century" was because there were actually 100 islands, but it was reduced to 64 because of this lag. I'm guessing that it was still too laggy to be kept :/
I actually really enjoyed the map, you could go afk and come back to 50+ points, and then finish the rest of the players off for an easy win.
