Duos & Squads for Pillars of Fortune

Suggestion

I think it would be cool if Pillars of Fortune had **Duos** and **Squads**.

How it would work

You could queue with your friends instead of having to play by yourself.

Duos = 2 players per team.
Squads = 4 players per team.

The game wouldn't really need to change much. It would just be the normal game, but with teams.

Why I think this would be good

* You can play with your friends.
* It gives people another way to play.
* Team games are always fun.
* More people might want to play Pillars of Fortune.

I think this would be a nice addition without changing what makes the game fun.

What do you think?

I love chaos
This will be great as there are many teamsters in the normal one and by playing this they can work with a team. The players will have to work together to decide where to go and maybe also share their items. Good idea endereyezed5!

Wont hurt with more variety!! But how the gameplay will be affected with multiple players on the same team is quite interesting. It will have to be a remix of Pillars of fortune i would say for it to work in teams.

Honestly I love this idea. I think some work would have to go into making sure people can accurately tell who belongs to what team. On games like BedWars it's easy because leather armor can be dyed, but I worry that in the chaos of PoF people will get confused!

Also, how do you envision the initial spawn for teams? I am thinking we could have some extra large maps with pillars that are 2x2 for teams of two, so that all teams start on their own pillar. This could certainly be interesting, you have my

Hello, finally I have a question to answer!
Ok, so on the team question, I was thinking the people's nametags be coloured their teams colour, however, that may not be enough, so any armour passing through a person's inventory will be trimmed with their teams colour automatically, preferably with silence as the most visible armour trim.

As for the second question, I initially envisioned it to be 2 * 2 as you suggested, however, my collaborator (Raul Albushan) thought that they should still have separate boxes, so the pillars will be separate, just the teammate's pillars will be significantly closer together, for example 2 blocks apart. This allows those people with special boxes (although I have no idea why you would by that :|) to have their special box. This means the distance is jumpable as well (unless you play on your fridge)>

Also, we came up with the idea for exclusive modifiers, for example, *Last Stand*. This allows the last person in a team (Now that I think about it, this would only make sense in squads) to have some effects, such as regeneration and strength, for a limited time or the rest of the match.
