You should rather ask that in the sub-forum called "support".
After an application was viewed and handled you get a message as respond. You can also reach the Sr.Moderator out who denied your application.

As I said in staff help, you were denied as you did not meet our requirements which again you can find here. I suggest you go back and check to see what requirements you don't have or do have as I can see there is one potental requirement that you do not have.
And moved to support ^^
