They will not take /dispose away but they might change it to something else that is better than disposing. One thing that I heard of was that when you drop a item it disapears in 0.3 seconds.

I think if you're attacked, it should close the GUI. I'm not sure if this is possible from a server-side plugin, because I don't know how the "chests" work. The /d or /dis aliases sound awesome though!
