Craft a lot of brown carpet

Anyone knows the recipe to make brown dye? I don't know why but with cocoa beans don't work.

Cocoa Beans should work, they are the only block that converts into brown dye.

Yes, when I put cocoa beans on the crafting table it doesn't give me the dye

Already solved, to do the mission of the brown carpets it is not necessary to have the dye, you directly have to put the wool with the cocoa beans. Thanks for the help! ;)
