Those are mild insults compared to other ones. When the receiver asks you to stop and you continue doing it, then that's when it becomes punishable. (Chat offenses rarely lead to bans.)

I had a thread about this a while ago and actually people sometimes want to get rid of their frustrations, maybe for real life reasons or sometimes people just play so bad that they just get annoyed. Then they start to doing toxic like I used (not anymore) to but when you have all those things and you have a mute with it, it's even more annoying. Personally, the difference is also hard to tell, if someone is toxic to you, it's not punishable with some words but with many swear words it is.

As long as it isn't offensive I don't see a problem. Yes, it can be annoying sometimes, but toxicity just always excists in (pvp) games.
