Just start recording just before playing. afterwards, you can report it on the website with the footage.
edit: you can just start recording when you see a rulebreaker, you probably dont need to record everything.

The reason bedrock has no /report command yet is there isn’t enough bedrock staff. Once there is more the staff ream intends on adding /report.

staff have alot to handle new games, reports, moderation, the anticheat and just way more /report will be ages away best you can do is report them on the fourms they'll get banned in like half an hour reports are pretty fast
