Can't see the name of items

If I scroll through my hotbar, I don't see the names of the items. I also don't see things like biomes in f3 mode. Idk what I did, but I'd like to see it again because now if I play something like Lucky Islands, I need to press E to see which bow I'm using

Esc->Options->Video Settings->Details->Held Item Tooltips
Make sure Held Item Tooltips is on. If it's turned off then that might be why.
