In your first "application" you didn't mention your channel being hacked.

Something fishy going on here.

How do you expect the staff team to believe that without any evidence? Also, I have seen some youtubers create new channels and they immediately get all their subs. So in your case, that kinda means you didn't have 500k subscribers. If you meet the requirement of 30,000 then there's a chance you'll get the rank
