I don't know when they're going to reopen it.

Some people already got the ranks before the applications closed.
They're one of the lucky few who got the chance to obtain the rank.
They should really consider reopening it tho D:

It probably won't be reopened for a while. Guess we just have to wait and see when the staff reopens it again. I can't tell you when that is though :c
