No, I think you should be standing to get a win.

Example: players joins a game, and instantly kills himself. The squad wins and the player did nothing for his win.

So you could make it so you have to stay spectating to get a win?

If your team wins, and you're still spectating, you will also get a win!

And it has also been implemented to SkyWars, and I think it's also been implemented to some other team-related games. So to everybody who doesn't agree: Why not? (Win farming is in my opinion not a good point against my suggestion, because there are still 24 other teams if you play with 100 players.)
