why did i get a ban?

So yesterday i was playing eggwars with a friend, and when i was running after someone who wanted to kill my egg, i suddenly got kicked. When i tried to get back on the server it sais i was banned for 7 days. When i got to the apeal adress, it sais i was banned for cheating?? What does cheating mean? i have no hacks, never had them, dont even know how that stuff works. I read on the forum i have to proof i am innocent, but how??? How can i proof that i dont have any hackstuff? I filled in the apeal form but didnt really know what to say that proofs my innocent. I did it yesterday, but till now it says its waiting for someone to be checked. That sentinel is weird, you just get a ban, and than you need to proof your innocence, but i dont know how. My minecraftname is eenprootje

Contact the person that you have banned And ask Why you are banned. You can always appeal.

According to the database (http://imgur.com/a/dLqDV) .You have already appealed, you should be patient while waiting for a reply. Staff members will look into it.

If your appeal gets denied and you think that you were banned by mistake. Please start a private conversation with @CrazymanJR on the forums explaining what you were doing before you got banned. He will closely investigate your logs.

Sentinel is an Anti-Cheat which is developed by @CrazymanJR and @GingerGeek. So if you get banned by Sentinel, and you appeal, either @CrazymanJR or @GingerGeek will look at your appeal and will decide if they unban you or if they leave you banned.
