Resolved Why 2 'Closed' Prefixes?

Why is there a green prefix for a closed bug report and a red prefix for a closed bug report?

Hi! Both prefixes say "Closed" because they indicate that the report has been finalized and is done. The green closed means it we were able to forward the issue to the right people, so the bug report was "successful". Red closed means we couldn't forward it for some reason, which would be given in the response.
