I eat a lot of unhealthy food but im not overweight but im still tryna cut back on it cuz its still unhealthy you know

i have the same addiction to fast food too, you can discontinue eating fast food for a bit and eat some vegetables and healthy food then you could come back to eating fast food again after like a week of eating healthy or even months!

What are you having tonight?? I’m having a grilled cheese with chicken in it. It’s really good! This may sound odd, but it’s also really good with tomatoes added into it as well.

I had some chicken (too lol) curry and yellow rice. It was fantastic.

Also not the weirdest combination. Me and my dad mix cheese and jam together for our sandwiches lol.
