Want to report hackers but cant

So a while back i made an reports account (still dont know why i need a seperate one from this acc) to report my "friend" but accidentally deleted everything i wrote (i did it with this thread to so now i need to re-write it agian, what is wrong with me) i was to annoyed at myself to re-write it so just didnt do it, Now when i try to log in to the report acc the passwords that i possibly could be dont work, the reset password email dont come and i cant make a new because i alredy have one. What do i do now? (This time ive copied the thread, yay me)

Did you make sure you entered the correct email address? And maybe check your spam/junk folder.

Yes i did put in the correct email address and checked the spam folder
