Update rules or Make them locatable

There have been several rules that have come to my attention that I haven't seen in the rules page or heard about them. We need to fix this to prevent any future problems, and to prevent any kind of confusion. I know one of the rules was for us not to be able to comment on a "Report a Player" post made by another member, and I ended up being one of those people because I had no knowledge of it. Either I can't find it or it's in a hard to locate page, because it wasn't on official rules, or on the Report A Player guidelines.

I agree with you. When the rules first came out I was actually surprised it wasn't a rule.

Yeah, we need to have the rules more clear, have all rules,and have them in a place that we can locate easily!
