Unsuccessful report (unfairly)

One day I recorded 2 teams on solo mode. The admins do not accept the reports because they say they do not see the names. In the videos I write the names in the chat to make it look good.

Who handled you report? You can see that because every Staff Member has a text and after the text they write their name. So, who handled your report?

Although you write their IGN's, they must see clearly their name-tag in the video to be completely sure of who they ban.

I advise you to download optifine. In the next report video you will be able to press "C" and do zoom. Their IGN's will be more clearly.

1st video:
You need to record them teaming for at least 15 seconds (That's what I got told)

2nd video:
Names are unclear. Try installing Optifine so next time you can zoom in to be able to see their names :)

If you want some reports out of that though, you can report the people swearing in chat :)

I can't see any of the names in either of the videos. I can see why your report was unsuccesful

You need to have clear evidence in any case when reporting players with evidence (wether it be screenshots or videos). In your first video, you cannot see the second players name. In the second video, both players are too far away to be able see their names clearly. This is why they were denied.
