Unban Appeal not working

So i got this account from a friend a while ago and when going on CubeCraft i noticed it was muted for apparently advertising. So i tried to go and appeal and this happens every time:

Are you sure you are entering the username correctly because on CCG Player Check it does not say you have been muted.

I just figured it out, it was muted on my old username so i had to enter my old username.
